Join Claudia Dutcher Kistler of Dutch Treat Designs for a fun and most interesting 2 days of learning about the red samplers known as Bristol Orphanage Samplers!  The initial focus is on the Red Samplers, but the orphans also stitched on perforated paper and stitched samplers in other colors as well.  The schedule for this 2-day class includes lectures on Bristol Red Samplers; Orphan Pieces Stitched for Fun, Money or Both and The Samplers the Girls Wanted to Stitch (multi-colored samplers).  You will stitch a name tag on perforated paper and do a second project called Paper Lacework Crown.  The class packet includes 4 small reproduction sampler charts, complete kits for the name tag project and the Lacework Crowns small project and other goodies.
