Acorns & Threads is going back to the Beach! Join us April 23-25, 2027 in Cannon Beach, Oregon for a relaxing weekend of stitching and fun with fellow cross-stitchers.

Bring your own projects and enjoy the view of Haystack Rock from the beautiful 2nd floor Tide Pool Event room. This year we will have the room for two full days on Friday and Saturday as well as Sunday morning.

Total Retreat Cost is $300
$100 non-refundable deposit due at registration
Balance of $200 to be invoiced 1/29/27 and due 2/15/27

This includes morning pastries and all-day beverages, as well as a beach s'mores bonfire. Hotel accommodations are not included in the fee. A special rate will be available after registration.

All Things Wise and Wonderful START-A-Long

Have you been wanting to stitch this beautiful chart from Beth Twist of Heartstrings Samplery but were feeling a bit intimidated by such a big piece? So were we! So we decided to do a Start-A-Long. You have a few weeks to get your supplies ready. We even have a beautiful silk conversion (available upon request). The fun starts August 28th! You can stitch along and post your progress on the Acorns & Friends Facebook page, or, if you are in town, join us in the shop on Friday August 28th for a SAL Kick-Off Party! Put your first stitches in and enjoy some yummy treats!

If you have been on social media lately, you have probably seen sneak peaks and reveals of new patterns from some of your favorite designers. We are adding new charts to our website daily, and Jeannine will be shopping this virtual marketplace August 21-24. You are welcome place pre-orders online or you may email the shop with your order. If you place multiple orders, we will hold them until all of your charts are ready. We don't actually collect your money until we are ready to ship so we will only charge you once for shipping. So feel free to go nuts and place multiple orders, even if it's in the middle of the night! Squirrel away those charts for fall stitching!
