We manage our e-mail list via a firm specializing in this (www.mailermailer.com). When you sign-up you'll receive a confirmation message that you'll need to reply to so as to complete the process. We have what is called an "double opt-in" list so that you can't be added without your knowledge. If you don't reply to the confirmation message you will not be added to the e-mail list. To help ensure you receive the email confirmation message, please check that your mail filters will allow our messages to get through.

A feature of the mailing service is that you can change your own details (no one else can except us) so when your e-mail address changes, or you decide you want a different format, you can change it. Look for the link at the bottom of the message you receive when you sign up or when we send you an e-mail.

Already on our list or you've deleted your sign-up message?

If you are already subscribed, you can use your personalized update link to modify your preferences. This link can be found in every message sent to you from this list, and in the list welcome message.

If you do not have a message with this link, then you may request a copy of it via email. Simply enter your email address and select the "Send Access Code" button below. You will be emailed your personalized link that will allow you to update your account or finish signing up if you deleted your sign-up message.
